為(wèi)配合我公司LBMA負責任體(tǐ)系的•★ε(de)順利執行(xíng)，各供應商應遵守管理(lǐ)體(tǐ"♦≈&)系的(de)各項要(yào)求，并承諾向我公司提供☆↕→™的(de)所有(yǒu)類别産品的(de)采購(gò♠"¥u)均為(wèi)合法，嚴格遵守OECD（附錄二）、$×LBMA制(zhì)定的(de)供應鏈盡責管理(lǐ)要™β↑(yào)求的(de)相(xiàng)關內(nèi)容÷$✘δ。我們做(zuò)出承諾不(bù)涉及以下(x 'ià)情況：
In order to cooperate with the smooth implementation of our LBMA respon£✔ ÷sible system, each supplier shall com®★"ply with the requirements of the mana$ gement system and promise that the pro✔→curement of all categories of ←λΩproducts supplied to our company is leg$Ωal, and strictly comply with the re©>>levant contents of the supply chain÷ due diligence manageme₽¥₽nt requirements formulated by OECD (∏♥<φAppendix II) and LBMA. We ₹→εmake a commitment not t∑&o involve the following:
1.侵犯人(rén)權，強制(zhì)勞役、童工(gōn∏€≈g)、殘酷，非人(rén)道(dào)和(hé)羞辱虐待，實施嚴重侵權或侵犯人∞≥α♠(rén)權行(xíng)為(wèi)的(de)任何一(yī)種方α™©®式采購(gòu)或與該方有(yǒu)關聯；
1.Violation of human rights, forced lab£"<or, child labor, cruel, inhuα₽∏man and degrading abuse, •δ☆ commission of serious abuses or vio★✔lations of human rig×$hts in any of the ways procured or assΩ↕≈↔ociated with the part→>y;
2.戰争犯罪，違反國(guó)際人(rén)權法，人(∑✘rén)權犯罪或種族屠殺；
2.War crimes, violations ♠≈of international human →♣ rights law, human rights 'crimes or genocide;
3.洗錢(qián)、恐怖主義融資或資助沖突的(de♥®δ)直接或間(jiān)接的(de)任何一(yī)種方式采購(gòu)或與該☆←方有(yǒu)關聯；
3.Any purchase or ass ociation with a party that ™•directly or indirectly engages iδ≤σn money laundering, terrorist fina βncing or the financing of♦φ≥ conflict;
4.向非法武裝組織、公共或私人(rén)安全部隊提供直接或間($קΩjiān)接的(de)任何一(yī)種方式采購(↕±₩gòu)或與該方有(yǒu)關聯；
4.Procurement or associa∑∏♦tion with illegal armed groups, public ÷or private security forces, dir¶₽ectly or indirectly in any wa→•y;
5.賄賂或欺詐白(bái)銀(yín)真實來(lá'↔↑i)源直接或間(jiān)接任何一(yī)種方式采購♦$₩™(gòu)或與該方有(yǒu)關聯；
5.Bribery or Fraud Si↑<✔lver True Source direct₽<β'ly or indirectly any of the ways to ↓¶procure or be associ ☆✔ated with the party;
6.不(bù)遵守有(yǒu)關就(jiù)源自(zì)受沖突影(yǐng)≠§響和(hé)高(gāo)風(fēng)險地(dì)區(qū)(“C•♣λAHRA ”)的(de)礦産開(kāi)采≤<、貿易和(hé)出口應付政府的(de)稅收、費(fèi)用(yòng÷λ§★)和(hé)使用(yòng)費(fèi)的(de)或社會(huì)信用≥≤(yòng)評價低(dī)的(de)直接或間(jiān)接與該方有¶λ¥®(yǒu)關聯；
6.Non-compliance with tax§§es, fees and royalties payable to gov ×ernments for the extract♠&ion, trade and export of mi→±nerals originating fromε♥γ conflict-affected and high-♥✘<risk areas (“CAHRA ”) or having a low ₹←social credit rating, directly or☆♠✘ indirectly associated with ∏←★such party;
7.不(bù)符合環境和(hé)可(kě)持續性法律要(yà←≈←o)求，開(kāi)采白(bái)銀(yín)β≥•源于世界遺産或生(shēng)态保護區(qū)域的(de)直接或間φα↕(jiān)接與該方有(yǒu)關聯；違反環境¶$¥✔、健康、安全、勞工(gōng)和(hé)與社區(qū)有(₽γyǒu)關的(de)地(dì)方立法，觸發ESG風(fēng♦→←σ)險，極有(yǒu)可(kě)能(néng)導緻不(bù)利影(yǐng) >&響或間(jiān)接與該方有(yǒu)關聯，并支持實施相(φ∞xiàng)關倡議(yì)（如(rú)采掘業(yè)透±♥✘↑明(míng)度倡議(yì)(EITI)。
7.Non-compliance with e×∏×∏nvironmental and sust♠€©ainability legal requirements, direct↑γ★ or indirect association with tσδ↑↔he party where the mining of silvα$ε♥er originates from a≤ World Heritage Site o∞ •r an ecologically pr±∞otected area; violati£± on of environmental, health, safety, l☆φ©abour and community-r≠≤'γelated local legislation, triggering σ®an ESG risk with a high likeliho"∏δ od of adverse impactsγ∑≤ or indirect association with '∑<the party, and support for©Ω the implementation of rel••evant initiatives (e.g. Extr♣>active Industries Tran§ ÷sparency Initiative (EITI)•←λ↕).
